I think you should play Ten Desires first. It's the easiest one IMO (it's still hard to beat in Normal though) or PoFV, but the gameplay is a little different with the other games.

First of all, I'm afraid that this suggestion will be rejected because it's basically Sniper Elite, but.. yeah.. I'll suggest it anyway. Snipers + Zombies, what could be better than that? Kingdom Hearts and System Shock. Both of them are great games with excellent story that deserve a sequel / prequel.

I don't mind if kids play Rated M games as long as they know if it's just a game, not take it seriously. I am more concern to kids who raged, swear, insult, too much in a video game and the kids who become violent because of video games.
