If you're doing LP videos, a normal microphone is okay, you can build your audience with that as well. Once you'll have a big audience or just simply got money which you want to spend anyway, sure get a microphone. For LP, expensive microphone is not needed.

I've just put this in the playdates section as well. Didn't know you were suggesting it, it's a good idea. We'll try to play it every week or every 2nd week during the playdate events. Edited the thread, I will try to find suitable games for non-steam users as well. For the dates, you'll need to check on Sundays or Mondays in the Calendar to see which game will be played next week.

APB, Bf3, Planetside 2 doesn't need steam(maybe Blacklight as well not sure. But Bf3 needs Origin which is much worse than steam. Also Steam is not that bad but most of the games,game mods are steam related. Of course if and when we'll play another game, sure you can hop in. I was thinking about trying out Draw my thing as well. Maybe this weekend already? Hmmm...

Every lego games. Shank 1-2. Unfortunately most of these kind of game types are only for consoles for example Resident evil split screen, CoD, Fable(best). I recommend playing Shank.

Okay we had the first event and now the things we've learned: 1.: Don't play games that has anything to do with Origin. 2.: Have people in the event 3.: more people So this was the first event more like trying it out and well, we had fun with TF2 prophunt in the end.
