Well, if it's not working (but it should, cause that's the source of the problem, dvix is needed) just convert it to another format. You can use basic stuff like youtube downloader for this or any other converter. Just be sure to convert it to something, that sony vegas can handle.

Considering we got people getting together on this site, it's not a bad idea(to help these relationships) , but I don't think we should need a thread for it.
