I think the plot should be something such as Dino Run but with a twist. You should save characters along the way (Marzia, Edgar, Stephano, Maya etc.) while running from a swarm of the memorable enemies from your games, such as: amnesia monster, the outlast monsters, the people from The Forest, and of course the alien from Alien Isolation.
