    But Pewds :c I think you're wasting your flashlight, I think it only works on the old Foxy. And as far as I know, I've only seen the balloon guy when Foxy is in the corridor, or he is at least the one that kills you thanks to that balloon kid. Maybe you should focus on old Foxy instead of that thing. But this is just something that I believe is actually working, I could be wrong.
