First of all, how do you make it with one gif? I myself edit it frame by frame. I take bg image put frame of the gif on it and merge them. Maybe there's some easier way, I'm not a pro ^^; Then if I want good quality, I save every frame as .png and put them into Photoscape (it's free from what I know).
