This is an easy fix. -When you are in Sony Vegas, right click your video clip. -Go to Video Event Pan/Crop -Look for the tab that says "Source" -Under Source there will be an option that says "Maintain Aspect Ratio" -Select no for that This will stretch your video out and get rid of your black lines Hope this helps~!

I have heard of people having problems with FRAPS and live streaming if you are playing full screen mode. Try playing it in windowed, but maximize it if you can. Hope this helps~!

I have had better success with fraps lagging my system by setting my fraps folder to a different hard drive than you play your game on. I have a 60gb SSD drive that i play my games on, and a 1TB drive for my fraps files. This has drastically reduce my FPS loss I get in games. Quote: “ Set the Frames per Second (FPS) around 30” Also try setting the FPS to the custom setting, and set it for 29.97 This has helped me a lot with FPS loss in games as well.

I personally use FRAPS, but I have heard people talk about DXtory. I am not sure if that is free or not. I DO have experience with xfire video recorder. Xfire is a free program that tells your friends what games you are playing. It works like any instant messenger program, but also has cool things like a live streaming program and video recorder built into it. It is FREE. So this will probably be your best bet. =) hope this helps!
