Best recording software, that doesen't lower fps whatsoever, records sound and on screen gameplay?

PostHi guys, i really want to make minecraft video's for youtube but every recording software I use lowers my fps drastically. I would be getting 30 fps in minecraft then when i start recording, I recieve 6-10 fps.. And it's really bad, I really want to make youtube video's and I just can't find a good one. I don't have a clue how to use fraps, please help.
