The thing about sleep paralysis is that it's completely normal. Most people as they sleep get sleep paralysis so that when they move in their dream they don't move in the waking world. I only know of 3 people that can Lucid Dream on command, that means lieing down and instantly fall asleep directly into a dream they can control immediately.
