To confirm, your problem is a lack of RAM and a rather shitty graphics card. RAM is dirt cheap, get at least 8 or 16 if you want to run faster. Your graphics card is average too, I got the 660ti and I can vouch for it's performance, amazing card for a great price

To get a horrible partnership, you need only around 100 (cough*socialblade*). However I suggest waiting out until you have more subscribers and views. He does use Windows Live Movie Maker to record his face, its relatively simple. There should be a button called "record webcam" or the such. Make sure its the live version though, the old movie maker is old and I'm not sure it is supported

Coming from personal experience, just be yourself, don't put on a fake persona so you can appeal to viewers. Do it for fun and don't stress yourself, if you can't put out one video a day then don't do it. A few good videos is better then many bad ones. Signed up so I could help you with this Audacity comes with an inbuilt noise removal function. Simply record a few seconds of the buzzing noise (without your voice), highlight it, go to "noise removal", click "get noise profile" (this tells Audacity what you want to remove). From there, highlight your whole commentary, go back to the tool and click ok.
