If you have such a big backlog then I'd just record less or upload more. I keep a backlog of about 5 videos in case I don't get chance to record.

Just do the annotations when you upload a video. So you don't have to do loads. I have 7 annotiations on each of my videos now, count yourself lucky lmao I don't think you should upload more than a video a day though, pewdie does 3 but it's his full time job. It's a bit different. I only upload once every 2 days but I don't have the time to record enough to upload daily. You can set up the default tags and desc for each video in your settings some where. Phaze: Don't really think that'd be suitable I kind of want a nice but creepy piano song. That'd be cool. UPDATE #4: I decided the maps style/look/feel was too plain and not scary and dark enough. I've re-textured the entire map in new half-custom textures. It looks a LOT creepier and grittier now, I love it. I'm still searching for a programmer and modeller though.
