Kinda answers my question but at the same time not really. The copyright isn't my thing. I don't care about what you can or can't monetize, my thing is where partnership programs say you can't have ANY copyrights to join them. Therefore are they making exceptions as long as each copyright is properly commentated over and all of that or what? Because we know partners do have videos that catch copyright claims. Aka I'm asking more about the partnership programs themselves, not youtube's rules.

I'm confused on this part and so I figured I'd drop by and ask. I was researching partners and I notice they say you have to be 100% copyright free. Which makes sense, shouldn't make money if its copyright, just like monetization is omitted from those videos. However, we all know partners still do upload copyrighted content, how are they allowed to on their channels and still be partnered? For instance, a few of the games I've covered have had copyright claims on them, not strikes, just "blahbla…

I also believe he buys his games on steam and whatnot, except the emulated games like PS1 and shit. But isn't there a law that permits emulation if the game is no longer for retail sale? Either way, who cares really? I mean not in a bad why, but why would a VIEWER care? If you're asking cause you work for whatever form of government deals with that stuff then ok, but if you're a viewer what is the reasoning behind you wanting to know? o_O
