Probably best to start with games that don't require much concentration, at least that's why I found. When I concentrated hard on a game, i forgot to talk and used 100% concentration on skill for the game :L That might not be the case of others but as said, i found when trying to focus on the gameplay too much, you'll speak less. So try a not so skill based game.

Most of all, enjoy yourself when you're playing games or making whatever videos you want to make.
