Well a little info would help, yes fraps does record skype, but are you talking about solely computer games or ps3/xbox gaming as well? Fraps and Xsplit are the two i reccomend to record audio and gaming from computers

well that's your problem right there. You can't record games with windows movie maker. Only edit clips and etc
