Hey, maybe I can help. Make sure you have enough space on your drive. Try to defragment your drives. Try to restart Audacity and your machine, if that's not working, upgrade Audacity to latest version. Watch out for illegal file names (\ / : * ? " < > |). You are not allowed to use these in your file name. Hope something helps.
