I'd suggest you to grow yourself some audience first before looking for a partner, mostly because with only 31 subscribers nobody would have any interest in making a partnership with someone they don't know. It'll already interest more people if you have a decent ammount of subs, so they can have some adversiting through the partnership, and so can you.

That's a lot of work for absolutely nothing. Work that you are supposed to do. You're the one supposed to make your thumbnails according to the series you do. And if you want an intro/outro, you could at least specify your type of channel and what exactly you'd like. An intro/outro is supposed to match the "spirit" of your channel. Your name in 3D exploding or shattering in pieces as an intro is beyond overdone and pathetic. If you want your channel to grow, you need to take the matter seriously…

It's very simple : Pewds adapted himself to his growing community (= average viewer age lowering), and sadly that's why most of his older subscribers are disappointed by now.
