as greg plitt says - "every day is a rest day" cos you only train certain bits of your body on each day, therefor for the other six days (assuming you train each bit once a week) you are resting that part of your body, so your always resting most of your body no? by alll means have weekends off though.

so here's what my stats are atm I think 206lbs ~15% body fat (I'm guessing here) 5'11"1/2 17 years old and another stat i want to improve 1600m time- i can barely do it, probs 15-20 mins lol! then again haven't timed recently If i keep up the training, ill blog my progress strength and stamina wise, ever week or fortnight or something, and if it's not too inappropriate, maybe a pic or two?

don't know if if it particularly bothers or affects you but you can't really get a partnership if you do covers, if you're not bothered about anything like that though, keep going!

Im in! i will start of walking, then running until i can do 2.4 miles every day (i used to to that route) also my mate's really good at drafting up regimes, ill post one once I get one of him, he trains alot and I used to train with him. the days went something like- 1=chest, shoulders and triceps 2=rest 3=back and biceps 4=legs 5=abs! and res for the weekend I think.
