Well, a persons voice is important for me, but you can't choose what voice you want. But yeah, if I don't like the voice of a person playing I can't watch. He/she can be really funny but all I hear is the voice. (If it annoys me) And, of course, you need to end the episodes so people wanna watch the next episode, just like TV series. The person playing should also be funny, or at least THINK he's/she's funny.
