Its not that bad. Just adjust the ingame volume and commentary bit and you're fine. In the link you provided the game audio was too loud compared to your speech. Also on the side note I would recommend playing games that are new to you, that you havent seen before being played. People love reactions espescially in horror games, but if you already have seen someone else play the game or you know the scare is coming. There wont be much of reaction coming out of you, atleast what people would want …

I use fraps to record my game video and audio, to record mic I use sound forge audio studio. I have pretty good internet and my videos are by no means small sized. They tend to be 500mb and upwards (average of 750mb). But I usually upload 1 video per day regardless. I use Sony Vegas movie Studio platinum 12 to render/edit my videos.

Dont upload everything at once. If you want to get your lets play uploaded fast to youtube I'd say upload 1 part per day. With my current minecraft lets play I upload part every 2 days.

Quote from Bluessues: “Is piracy tolerated in "lets playing"?” Lets put it this way, if you want to become big dont even think about trying to getting stuff pirated. Later down the line copyright will mess you up. The only differense is lets say if you have really old game that simply isnt available for you to get or you cant get it to work in format you want, then it should be fine. Pewdiepies conkers bad fur day for example was emulated for possibly following reasons: - The game is not availab…

Regards of editing software, you can get Sony Movie studio (not pro) for affordable price. Movie studio is lacking couple features that pro has but you wont need them for Let's Plays. Also on the side note, your audio is way too low and game audio is too loud. Viewers are barely able to hear you.

Well 60 fps will make the files bigger and makes the video bit smoother I guess, however nothing is wrong with 30 fps. After all when you put it up to youtube its most likely to be in 30 fps anyway. Do some test recordings and see which one you prefer. On the side note, I would not upgrade ram for that PC. You are better off building new one.

I would recommend recording your microphone with audacity or some other program. That way you can adjust your voice and game voice while you edit. You also prevent the complete loss off episode. For instance me and my friend were just doing lets play together recently, we recorded good roundabout hour and turns out his footage was missing audio. His microphone was recorded with fraps along with game audio. Therefor we lost entire thing, if his commentary would have been recorded in seperate prog…

For demo reel just do different kind of voices. So people know what is the range of your voice from low to high and what your voice could possibly fit into. You can try to imitate some characters or sing, anything works really as long as your voice gets heared. If you search for voice demo reels on youtube I'm sure you'll find lot of examples.

Every now and then I'll boot up the good Wolfenstein 3D, Doom 1 or 2, now that I got blake stone I been playing that. I would play Super Mario World: Yoshi's Island like crazy if I had SNES and someone to play with.

You should try to look for forums that are designated for this kind of things but make sure you give them following info: Budget: How much money you are ready to pay. Purpose/Use: What are you going to be using the computer for, games, video editing, 3d modeling etc etc. Assemble the computer yourself, do NOT buy prebuilt one. You'll save money and you will have better parts. Just follow the instructions and you're fine.

For capture card I'd recommend Blackmagic Intensity pro if you want really good quality out of your console games. Its the easiest internal capture card to plug in and start recording with. Espesially if you live in europe you dont have to do the hazzle with dazzle of trying to record in NTSC instead of PAL or so. You just hook your console with HDMI or Compoment (RGB) cable to capture card and then hook the HDMI from the capture card output to your screen or tv. You can play games without delay…

The trick with big video files is to use compressor to reduce the size without losing quality.

Sony vegas pro 12 keep crushing

PostIt doesnt really make the video any darker from original, the preview just shows it with higher brightness.

Sony vegas pro 12 keep crushing
Tms - - Technology
PostYou should take this to sony vegas support forums instead. Assuming your copy of the program is legal.

If its too dark, there isnt much you can do aside from increasing brightness and/or gamma (ingame). You could try recording with Dxtory if fraps isnt what you're looking for.

PostI'm not sure what should I do here. I'm making airsoft videos for our club/team, today popped up the notification bar to "Monetize your videos and grow your audience. Become a YouTube partner today!". So I'm presuming that account can become youtube partner. Now, I doubt there's any networks in Finland for Finnish content, let alone for Airsoft content. Would it be best to accept this or should I still look for other possibilties? The way I see it is that there wont be any networks that we could…
