I had some advice from CinnamonToastKen to keep up what I'm doing because my commentary is great, but to play things people might be searching for - new released games, popular games amongst LP'ers (Slender and SCP are recent examples). I think that makes a lot of sense, but I somehow have to make my vids stand out from the big behemoths of Youtube gaming.

Well I started out doing Minecraft and Amnesia, but that is so wrote at the moment I just deleted the vids and started doing more obscure and flash games. It's helped a lot, but people aren't really searching for those kind of games. My Walking Dead and Slender and SCP vids worked a lot too. I guess I just need to keep at it! On a side note, anyone know how to make an intro? Is there a special program to use or something?

What's up guys. Okay, so I'm constantly being told I deserve so many more subscribers than I have, but I'm only gaining one or two a day. My current method is to just keep putting out videos in the hopes people will discover me. I have tracked down some other youtubers at around the 10-20,000 subs mark and tried to get them to notice me but so far nothing has come of it. I actually heard about this game from this thread, and played it before pewdie played it, I just hadn't uploaded because I saved it for my 100th video (and because I have a job so uploading is a spare-time thing). Unfortunately some people have the self-motivation to try and make something of their hobbies, otherwise what's the point in making a youtube channel if you don't want to entertain and reach as many people as you possibly can? Obviously many will fail, myself included probably, but what would be the point in even making videos if I didn't try to make something of them? Looks like it could be cool, i really like the concept. i'll wait until payday before i donate though because i can't afford piss all at the moment and I'll have a better idea of what i can contribute a bit closer to payday.
