Add "yt:stretch=16:9" or "yt:crop=16:9" to the tags on the video page on YouTube. Stretch will stretch the video to the 16:9 aspect ratio but it will probably mess up the original aspect ratio and it might look distorted. Crop will crop the video but will leave out a bit of the bottom and the top area. Or In Movie Maker Tools>Options>Advanced tab>Video Properties and there should be radio selection for 16:9. Played this game yesterday. I really don't find 2D elements very creepy/scary but it's a very nice game with a good looking design.

The fix would be easy on Steam.
