EDIT: On a side note, the server is also laggy like hell for some reason.

Also, some mods just don't work with other mods, so have a copy of your minecraft.jar. I suggest you download the Yogbox. It's like a package of mods.

You should try making the player scared psychologically. Jumpscares are fun, yes, and there SHOULD be a few of those, but for a really good, scary CS, you need the whole atmosphere, the whole game to be scary. And not running around from a grunt-type of scary, psychologically scary. I don't have any good suggestions in particular, but have what I said in mind. The story and the game CS itself should leave the player shaking in horror for a few days. That would be fun, right?

Okay, so you good some good points there. The only problem right now would be actually changing the plugins. All the protections people made would be gone, so there might be some griefing and stealing going on. Although the server is still pretty small, so... Well, it's not my choice to change the plugins anyway. It's up to the Staff now.
