First major loss for me was my Grandad 4 years ago. I had lost my step grandparents when i was younger, but due to my age it never properly sunk in, where as this was a completely different feeling. The whole time, i just had a massive feeling of guilt that i couldve made more of the time I had with him, and that it wasn't real and next time i walked into my grandparents kitchen id see him sitting there as usual.
Watched the Mad Father series and really like what i've seen so far, looking forward to the rest! Now to start watching Scribblenauts, good luck and keep up the good work!
Ive been playing guitar for 6-7 years now, although i'm nowhere near as good as i should be. Can play the drums to some extent too from spending a lot of time round them in bands when i was younger. Would love to be able to play the piano properly though.
Yeah talking to yourself is pretty normal. Lately I find I end up doing it a lot for motivation When i'm alone of of course, otherwise it would be incredibly strange if I was in the library shouting 'come on i can finish this assignment!'
Id seen it about on youtube in its earlier days, and kinda shrugged it off as I judged it by its graphics (silly me). Then some friends started playing it together, so I actually looked into it properly, and bought it very soon after!
Always dreamed of getting into music, always wished i could sing but sadly cant, so i picked up guitar instead in order to try and keep going towards that dream. Years later, i still play guitar, but i'm now aiming towards a career in programming as the computer commanded my attention to often.
I think Grand Theft Auto 2 was my first game. Must of been like 7 and went round a friends house who had it. It was certainly a productive day. Vice City was the first one i owned myself though, which i think was when i was 10/11.
