the crooked man wasnt developed from a rpg maker product it was created in WOLF RPG Editor the same engine used by the creator of Mad Father and Misao so it doesnt need a rtp to play

i played this game already.. it reminds me of my old game.. sad thing also because it uses the sounds of the witches house... even the sound the originally created by fummy (creator of the witch house) for the music box was used its a bit thumbs down for me there are lot of free public domain music there to use anyway
