I couldn't forgive what they did to Vincent in Revelations He's one of my favourite characters from the games - a sort of ambigous character only out for himself - and they turned him into a teenage love interest who was Claudia's son (??), and just... noooo!! His original character had so much potential for a great film character and I couldn't get over that, just that one thing broke my connection and immersion so much.
