Yes. Definitely. I mean, it isn't the best graphics card out there but it is good enough to satisfy pretty much anyone's needs. I think it has a total of 2GHz processing+graphical clock speed and it has Physx and supports multiscreening.

Look for one with at least 1GHz clock speed. And with at least 2-3 Gigs memory. Edit: Also Nvidia are generally the better brand. And if your monitor's aren't up to scratch it doesn't matterms what graphics card you have. So make sure they are good.
