Probably a 6.5/10 Personally an SSD, a better cpu like i5/i7 or at least 8-core FX cpu. GPU is good but could be better. Slightly higher PSU. Rest is good.

AT2020 definitely. Just get a good pop filter and your ready to go you will sound amazing and it will be perfect. I have the ATR2500 which is basically the uglier and slightly worse brother but it's still awesome. Would recommend all Audio-Technica mics.

I'm no pro on pc's bu thats quite a good one I think probs a high 8. To upgrade maybe get Windows 8 and an ssd and then it would be 9 or even 10 for me.
