I wish it was. Right now, Facebook is fighting against all sorts of lawsuits but they'll probably just win. If you want to drag them to court, you can only do so in two courthouses in America.

I'm deleting it this weekend, because I don't agree with the new terms and agreements that will ensue from January the 1st 2015. It basically states that they can sell your pictures and personal information to third party companies, who can use this data for their advertisements. So if you see your head on a big billboard, it might be because Facebook sold your profile picture to that company. It would be completely legal.
