Well I have a back problem as well. Big one, and to be honest neither psychologist nor chiropractor helped. Did for the short period of time, but for a longer one, make your sleeping comfortable, do sports and don't get stressed out a lot. Probably because most of the people that want channel, but have no idea what would it be about, seek for something that is popular...like gaming channels. But since it's not original any more, I really don't think usual gaming channel would do these days.
