Actually there's a very efficient software for it. It's called "Common sense". All you have to do is start the webcam recording and when you press the fraps recording button give it a sign. For example. You're in game and just when you're pressing the recording button say "tits" or something. It will work. Best part. It's 0,00 MB big file! But in exchange you'll need to cut it in premiere.
