By "leaving it for a while", I hope you meant it for like years. You're just way too young to understand these things not to mention doing illegal stuff. And I assume that your "income" means youtubing and getting like 5$/month. (again, as others said, you're just too young to be legally earning money) I know I sound a bit rude/harsh but that's only because I want to make sure you wouldn't do something stupid that you'll regret in the future.

Found the game! It's "Starshot Space Circus Fever" made in 1998 and now that I remember it , I actually played it around that time. The first level is on a small island. (which was the demo level as well, that's why I remembered only that place) No cookies for you but thanks for trying to help! *oh and closing the thread

I'm doing a nostalgic tour regarding games and I have came to the horrible realization: I don't know the name of one of the games. Here is what I remember: - It is a 3rd person game, a platformer - It sets on islands and in the demo if you tried to swim to the other islands a shark ate you. - There were kids on the island's beach and you could destroy their sandcastles. - It had nice colors, kinda childish like in Sonic or super mario sunshine. Whoever finds it , will get a reward.

It's normal. Probably they are not playing on a Wall-size tv and it is a bit easier for the ps3 to handle+ installed on HDD. Otherwise it is normal, no worries. And yes, it is not running on the highest quality. Thus the waiting for the next-gen consoles.
