I'd just go with Windows, since you mentioned gaming. Macs' aren't really gaming material, IMO. And as Dano said, SteamOS is still in beta so not really worth trying atm.

I'm sure most of the people (including me) will love stricter rules and the hopeful removal of the YouTube section. When this first happened I wasn't too keen on it, but I don't think it could be too bad (hopefully).

If you plan on moving the Sweden then you should probably learn Swedish, I don't know if they'll hire someone who can't speak any of their native language. Especially from one that looks like he can hardly speak his own language.

Pretty much everyone else said, block and report them. You have really nice videos, I don't know why that would happen to you unless it's some kind of bot (not sure about that)
