I just switched to Firefox after they put a huge search box in the middle of your new tabs (and the fact that I can't restore previous session). Firefox is playing videos fine, unlike Chrome so I'd say give a different browser a try, you might like it. I know that's not a good "solution", (if you can call it that) but it's really the only thing I could do.

Well thanks Felix, for at least trying. I was so mad cause I thought they had gone this through with you at least (even though I already dislike Maker). Once again, thanks for attempting to try to talk to Maker. While I do fear they'll do nothing about it and continue to do with what they originally planned I kind of makes me feel slightly better.

I believe the date it came online to the public was February 24th, 2012, since that was the date I joined. Of course that was when I followed him and probably watched him every day, so I had heard it the day when it was available to everyone.

Well I guess it depends on what you want to use your computer for. If you don't mind having it at one spot get a desktop. Desktops are usually more powerful too and they can cost more than an ordinary laptop. If you wanted something more portable, get a laptop. Especially since they are usually cheaper too.
