You would need Sony Vegas Pro for this. First, record the gameplay and the facecam video. And then, you import the two clips [of gameplay and facecam] into Sony Vegas. Now, you put the facecam clip on top, and click The Event Pan/Crop button right at the end of the clip, and then size the thingie all the way up, until you feel satisfied.
