Well, it depends. Those kinds of subscribers you just mentioned are "dead-subscribers" which means they just subscribe to your channel, but do not watch your videos. The results are the same if you do "Sub-4-Sub" most of the time, where even if your sub count increased by 1, your active viewers remain the same. I've never been to any Youtube events. They held a Youtube Fan Fest in Manila and they also held one in Singapore. My only complaint is, WHY DIDN'T THEY MAKE ONE IN MALAYSIA?! XD

Well, Felix did say to give him 1-2 weeks of time for him (and his helpers if there are any) to go through all the submissions. That should be enough time to watch everyone's submission, decide who deserves the spotlight and make the result video. Everyone is given a chance here, so stay positive and hope for the best!

Just as everyone stated above, probably just some haters doing their thing or people who are just jealous over your content. Dislikes won't affect your submission in the competition. At the end of the day, Pewdiepie will still choose who he thinks deserves the shoutout.
