Go to "Recording Devices". Set you're USB microphone as default device. Close Fraps. Wait 5 cesonds. Open Fraps again. Done!

Well, most of gamers use Fraps. But, if you will record for 10-20 minutes, you need 30-50 gb HDD space. But if you set your FPS to 15-20, then file is smaller. I use Fraps, 30 FPS. And, you need to have 2 or more GB of ram.
