Play store works fine. So does dropbox. It's the browser that's giving me the issues. I tried Chrome but that wouldn't download anything either.

I recently (a few hours ago) encountered an issue with my phone: downloads refuse to start In the "downloads" application the download switches back and forth from "in progress" to "failed" several times a second. I tried an alternate download manager, resetting my phone, clearing all browser data... nothing. Any suggestions?

So long as they're not being vulgar or outright stupid. If you tell them off they simply get louder, so let them make fools of themselves.
