Well it's something like the title says but... my internet is way fast when I download and when I play games my ping is decent. Loads pages in a flash... although videos in youtube really buffer slow. I refresh the page a few times and it MIGHT buffer faster but not always.... I don't have hamachi open, nor mtorrent or anything else that could consume internet. Any help is appreciated.
