If you edit in Sony Vegas Pro you can lower the DB of the game audio and increase the DB of your mic by how many you want, so you can mess around with those to find what works for you.

NCH Debut software is a great program to record your webcam footage with.

Either Sony Vegas Pro 12 or Adobe After Effects, Sony is more for general commentary/LP editing and AE is more for adding FX and stuff
