Re-shooting it probably, you might be able to use the youtube editor (Not sure what it can do.) but for the most part I think videos are like images, if made in low res, no way to make it much better.

You are going to have to include some things, such as a breif explanation to what you do on youtube and in your videos and of course your youtube link, like what genre of games you play, how long you've been doing it (So we can get a hint of how "professional" you are.), your age (Not necessarily needed, but some viewers might find it repulsive to watch a 10 year old and such do commentaries.), what we should expect from you in the future and whatnot (If you have planned say, doing let's plays, …
