ERMAGERD, I'm getting this topic up again because i started working out more. My goal is to work out 3 times a week with the following schedule: Monday: Abs, chest, legs Wednesday: Shoulders / traps, back, triceps and biceps. Friday: Cardio and maybe some other things. SWAG.
