I'm great with dieting! Although I lost track of it sometimes but this is amazing! I agree with you on eating and that's what i always do. People kept saying that I'm slow at eating but I don't think I really want to listen to them.

Haha mine didn't hurt for days but right after the concert, my hearing wasn't as good as before but it took a day to get back to its normal state. I think if you listen to metal music at high volume all the time then yes it would probably hurt for days.

Yes it can damage your eyes and that's why I always listen to any songs with the lowest volume
