Halo 4 can't be monetised anyway because of the terms and conditions set by Microsoft for all Microsoft Studios games. Canal Plus seem to be one of many entertainment media firms that are claiming copyright on random game footage. I had the same problem with Resident Evil 6 but with other random firms.
