It's called a facecam. You need to record both the game and your webcam, then use a video editing program to put the webcam footage on top of the game recording, then resize and move the webcam footage to your liking.

Holy shit I've poured so much hours into this game. More than I should have. I spotted a co-worker (Yes, you can find a secret co-worker), found all known endings, got all known secret narrator dialogue, unlocked the two locked secret rooms in the boss's office, and got 9/10 achievements.
