Well hell i know that. Yoshika and Seiga is the ones that bring me down the most. Stage 5 is easy if you passed Yoshika and Seiga without a massive life/bomb loss. You clear the path with trance and bombs in Stage 5, you get atleast 2 bombs from all mobs there.

Went for one run, failed at Futo's first spell. Yoshika took away 3 bombs and 2 lifes. DAMN ZOMBIE
