I have played Day Z, and as far as your criteria goes, it doesn't really match it anyway, it is more of a survival game than a building game. A lot of these, I haven't heard of, though. Keep up the good work, people, there has to be the perfect game for this out there, somewhere.

It looks like a pretty cool game, (I'm gonna play it later) but I don't know if Pewdiepie would enjoy making videos for it. But, he could always play it online with bros, like you said. And maybe make a compilation video of funny things that happen.
