I actually have Social Anxiety, was all good a few years ago, but now I can't even go down to the store to buy food and such, just feels terrible. Whenever I actually go down there my heart starts rushing, gets hard to breathe, sometimes I start to shake aswell. Been talking to a counselor(not sure if it's the right word) but it havn't really helped. Anyone have any ideas of things that could help me get over this?
