Well it's not really like an idea to change the game like another side story of it that could happen that could be an add on for fun to be Co-op ya'no? An Add on piece. If it were possible i could see it being like same story still just not traveling alone in the game kinda thing doing the investigation-or even in the DLC being an escaped patient. My Lil' Bastard My Lil' Bastard is a free stimulation game that was developed by Adult Swim. It's simple but slowly gets a tad difficult. Basically In the game you have a pet.
