I really want to become an animator or artist for an anime. I love to draw and create. I hope I can actually get a career for animation and make a ToraDora 2 :D! See you ;).

Looking for a mic.
Taiga - - Technology
PostI've recently been looking at cheap microphones and plan to purchase. Although I'm interested in peoples opinions and what they like. I found the ATR2500 mic, and it's pretty much "the little bro" of the at2020, just different designs. Another one was the Samson C01U, but costs a little more. I also saw an M-Audio avid for $55 and that seems decent. I can't decide between the ATR2500 and the M-Audio Avid x). See you ;).

Certain pieces of gear?

PostQuote from wilbso: “Quote from Taiga: “Razer mouses are usually fine to go with. Are you a huge MMORPG player that you need those buttons though? I wasn't really a fan of logitech keyboards, Im unsure if you're a mechanical keyboard user though. Same question about the razer mouse though. Blue microphones aren't that great IMO! Yes, the blue ICE is decently priced but I'd recommend one of the ones Im planning to get which are the ATR2500 or the Samson C01U. I had the blue yeti but I returned it …

Headset
Taiga - - Technology
PostMy first ever headset was a wireless Logitech and they broke after being charged on the first day. I purchased a Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 and it was wonderful for the price. You can find them in stores for around $20-30 now (I purchased it when it was $60). The mic quality is wonderful, the sound quality is a little meh though, but they're still nice. See you ;)!

I know you said you didn't want to build one, but a pre-built one costs like $2000 when you can build it yourself for $1000. There's many stores in my area that will ask you want you want for specs and they will order and build it for you brand new. My friend works his own business for it and charges people usually $100+ or more depending on the build (He charged more the harder it was to build, but a lot of people purchased off him). I could recommend a build to you that you could go give to a …

New Microphone!
Taiga - - Technology
PostHello, thanks for coming to this thread. If you have any recommendations for a microphone thats in my budget ($50-80, lower prefered) I'd really appreciate it! I need a new microphone for making Youtube videos and just chatting with friends. People always say you need to "mix" with these mics, but I'm unsure what that means? Now, it comes down to these 3 mics (all links are amazon) ATR2500 ($50 + free shipping): tinyurl.com/nuzegrk Samson C01U ($66 + shipping): tinyurl.com/njthjnz M-Audio Avid (…
