Xian - The Smile Made Of Sunlight

This is Xian, eldest daughter of Luna and Ra, the moon and sun respectively, Celestial Dream-Keeper and Mother of All Dragons. She's also Rapter's best friend in the whole wide universe, which makes sense when you figure in that Rapter is an angel and Xian is a Celestial LOL they pretty much both answer to the same higher power.
